The Child Care Center is a mission of the Crievewood United Methodist Church, created in 1980, to serve the needs of the families in the Crieve Hall community.
Philosophy
Crievewood Child Care Center is an integral part of the educational and outreach ministries of Crievewood UMC. Our foremost goal is to offer quality child care and preschool education in a Christian environment, as well as nurturing guidance and encouragement for our before and after-schoolers.
We seek to develop the total child — spiritual, intellectual, social and physical — through curriculum, Bible stories, directed play, and enrichment activities in our preschool program; and for our school age children, we provide homework assistance, snacks, outdoor play, and listening ears. Teachers and staff offer a witness of prayer, love and service.
