Our KFC (Kids for Christ) ministry is especially designed to meet the needs of our 5th and 6th graders. We believe this special time in a child’s life can be confusing–the transition time where children feel too young for this and too old for that. This is also a time of great importance in a child’s spiritual development. Having a unique ministry geared specifically to meet 5th and 6th graders’ changing needs is a great way to instill confidence and allow our ‘tweens’ a safe space to play, pray, learn, question, and grow. It is our prayer that each child will allow the Holy Spirit to work through him/her, and these children will be challenged to live out their faith through their participation in KFC.
