We believe music is an integral part of worship and praising God–He loves a joyful noise! So does Pastor Peter!! Our children’s music ministry offers two age-graded vocal choirs. Our children’s choirs lead our congregation occasionally in morning worship and sing for special services. The children also give the church a gift each Christmas season– a musical!– and they participate in Crievewood’s annual Spring Fling!
Cherub Choir
(3 years to 5 years) meets Wednesdays 6:15-7:15 pm
Cherubs enjoy a blend of vocal music, rhythm games, and instruments each week and meet downstairs in our Children’s library area.
The Crievewood Kids’ Choir
(Grades K-5) meets Wednesdays 6:15-7:15 pm
The Crievewood Kids’ Choir meets in the upstairs choir room, and through instruments and song, these children periodically add joy and song to our worship services and share a pageant-style musical with our church family and the community each Christmas season.
Because our 6th graders attend Confirmation, all 6th graders are invited to join the Youth Choir, which meets on Sundays at 4pm in the choir room on the upper floor of the church.
